Eco Council 

At Woodlands, we pride ourselves on our awareness that everybody has a responsibility to care for the environment.

Our Eco-Committee are really passionate about finding ways to keep improving how we help keep our planet healthy. Our main goal is to help the environment in both our school and local community by spreading awareness of environmental issues and doing our best to lead change.

Last year our eco council gained the Plastic Free Schools status and the Green Flag Award.

We are looking forward to working towards achieving the Eco-Schools Green Flag Award again this year. So far Eco-Committee have carried out an environmental review to identify the positive things we already do at school and the eco actions we want to address this year – watch this space!
