Like all schools in England, Woodlands Primary is inspected regularly by the quality assurance body, Ofsted. We were last inspected in June 2026.

“The personal development offer is the cornerstone of the school, and leaders build everything else upon it. They have created a broad and carefully considered programme that reflects the school’s context and provides pupils with a wide range of experiences. These include, for example, trips, clubs, leadership roles, cultural events, careers education and opportunities to contribute positively to the wider community. Pupils speak enthusiastically about these experiences, such as the swimming festival or after-school badminton, and explain how these help them to develop confidence, independence, resilience and new interests. Pupils also demonstrate a clear understanding of democracy, fairness, equality and respect. They are proud of the opportunities they have to influence school life through leadership roles and charity work.”
